About Process: 

Organic dates are cleaned, pitted, and soaked in warm water to soften the flesh. The softened dates are then pressed to extract the juice. The juice is concentrated and boiled until a thick, syrupy consistency is achieved. This syrup is filtered and cooled, resulting in organic date molasses.
